We drill deep, safe water wells for villages in eastern Guinea that have none. We start with one village, prove it works, and build from there.
Our First Well: Eastern Guinea, Kankan Region
In this part of Guinea, the clean water has run out. The rivers dry up for months. The wells that still work sit up to six kilometers away — a walk women and children make every day. Most of the water they can reach is dirty, and it makes families sick. We are drilling our first well in a village here — deep, through solid rock, to reach clean water that stays safe to drink. One well changes a whole village's day, and its health, from the very first morning.

Our Mission
Synergy Heals brings clean, lasting water to rural villages in Guinea. We drill deep wells, test the water to make sure it's safe, and partner with the community so the well keeps working for years. Clean water is where health, school, and a stronger local economy all begin.
And as we drill, we train people in the village to bring the land back to life — restoring soil and greenery so the whole community grows healthier over time.
How We Work
We drill deep, not shallow
Shallow wells hit dirty water. We drill through hard rock to reach clean water that's protected and safe — then we test it before anyone drinks it.
We free up the day
When a village has its own well, women and children stop losing hours — and whole school days — walking miles for water. That time goes back to work, learning, and family.
We don't drill and leave
We work with local partners in Guinea so each well is maintained and keeps running long after it's built.
We prove every well
We document each well with photos, location, and water-test results, so you can see exactly what your support built.
We bring the land back, too
Clean water revives the land around it. As we drill, we train people in the village to restore the soil and greenery and keep it growing — so the well and the land recover together.

Our first project
We could save the lives of over 1,000 children under the age of 5 each year in the Kankan region by providing clean water, sanitation, and hygiene.
Rural clinics and hospitals do not have access to clean water and struggle to maintain sterile supplies and equipment, resulting many times in sickness or death for visits and procedures that should be safe and routine.
In the Kankan region, dirty water is a daily danger. There are almost no sanitation systems, so most of the groundwater is contaminated. Of the few wells that were drilled here, only a handful still work — the rest have dried up or broken down.
Clean water could save the lives of more than 1,000 children under age five in this region every year. Local clinics and hospitals struggle without it, turning routine care into something risky.
Our goal right now is simple and achievable: drill one complete, deep, tested well for one village — and prove a model we can repeat, village by village.
Women and children lose time and energy fetching water, many times sacrificing work and school because of it…to fetch water for their family. Most of the wells provide dirty water.
